Crystal Bowl Sound Baths

You can combine Reiki with almost any healing modality. One of my personal favorites is crystal singing bowls. They are made of quartz and often include other crystals or earth elements.

Note: You do not need to be a Reiki practitioner to enjoy a Sound Healing Experience.

When we play the bowls, we place them throughout the room rather than in one spot. As they are played, the sound moves and reflects off each bowl, creating a surround sound effect. Many people say it is hard to tell where the sound is coming from because it seems to fill the entire space.

At its most basic level, sound healing works through vibration. As you listen to the bowls, your body begins to respond to those vibrations. This process, called entrainment, allows the body to shift into a more balanced and relaxed state. The tones of the crystal bowls are clear, steady, and supportive, and over time, your system naturally begins to align with that.

We offer community Sound Healing Experiences at InnerCompass Center in Lincoln City. The combination of sound, gentle energy work, and the shared group experience is something that is hard to fully explain. It is something you feel.

We keep our class sizes smaller so everyone has space to lie down comfortably and fully receive the experience. Most people prefer to rest on a yoga mat and feel the vibration throughout their body.

Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket so you can be comfortable.

We also offer private sound healing sessions for individuals or small groups of up to four people.
